Hi, I’m Ariel. I became a therapist because I don’t believe in staying stuck — I focus on helping people shift their thinking, change patterns, and build a life that feels steady and intentional. For the past ten years I’ve worked with veterans, which shaped my belief in practical, results-focused care that actually helps you feel better in daily life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with hypnosis-based techniques and exposure therapy when helpful, giving you clear tools you can apply right away.
